Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, any deposit paid by the Hirer to the Company will be forfeited, however unavoidable circumstances eg; bereavement may be accepted. Deposits may be refunded at the discretion of the Company.

If the Hirer cancels there booking whilst the chauffeur is on route or on a "wait and Return" basis the full cost of the booking and any unused waiting time will be due.

When the Hirer cancels up to 24 hours from the agreed booking time full payment shall be due, if this notice is cancelled within 48 hours a 50% charge will be made.

Bookings cancelled outside this timescale will not incur a charge unless in the event of long distance bookings or bookings affected by heavily congested routes (assuming that the chauffeur is not already on route).

If the passenger fails to arrive within 1 hour of the pre arranged by the Hirer and contact is unable to be made, our chauffeur will be released and the fare will be charged in full.

At the companies discretion however, our chauffeur will wait for a maximum of 2 hours where additional charges of waiting time and parking will be added to the fare.
